Richard Hawkes explains NPPF Paragraph 84e, exclusion of the “or” & “innovative”

Hawkes Architecture talks about the most recent July 2021 update to the NPPF and the isolated exceptional dwellings policy moving from NPPF Paragraph 79e to Paragraph 84e. Today the policy resides at Para 84e and no longer includes the option to be either “truly outstanding OR innovative”. The test is now just “truly outstanding”.
