The Paragraph 84 (Para 84) proposals that we’re developing are complex, even by our usual standards! Aside of the site being within the Green Belt the brief for the house itself is intricate and highly articulated. There are bold commanding statements upon arrival blended with intimate views to woodlands and a striking exposed chalk face.
The proposals include some substantial re-connecting of woodland habitats through the site while retaining some of the rare new habitats that have formed since the quarrying activity ceased.
