The Green Belt policy placed some rigid parameters on this site but with some careful analysis of the site, its setting and solar orientation we have integrated a striking yet entirely appropriate new dwelling into this highly sensitive and constrained setting.

Planning consent was granted by Sevenoaks District Council on 15th April 2020 who had been supportive throughout the whole planning process.
