This project is currently in planning and follows extensive consultation with the local community, planning officers, key consultees and having benefited from engagement with The Design Review Panel who ultimately endorsed the scheme as having met the tests set within Paragraph 84 of the NPPF.

Extensive studies of the defining characteristics of the local area, in particular the rules which define the adjacent buildings, have been fundamental in informing the scheme in order for it to fit in with the form & layout of the surroundings whilst demonstrating compliance with Paragraph 84 (Para 84).
