Consent for another Para 84 Project

On Friday 4th August Cheltenham Borough Council granted consent for our Paragraph 84 house set within the Cotswold. Having been fully endorsed by Design Review Panel CBC had recommended approval for the scheme when originally submitted but the committee and some underhand external influences resulted in refusal. A subsequent appeal found the design to be exceptional and satisfying all the policy tests but failed on a technicality which was swiftly ironed out & resubmitted. What a journey!
