The Crossway PassivHaus first featured on Grand Designs on Wednesday 18th Feb 2009. The subsequent Grand Designs 'revisited' was featured on Wednesday 9th November 2011 (this latter show is currently available on 4OD). In the last 2 years this pioneering project became the first retrospectively-certified Passive House in the UK; was shortlisted for an RIBA award, the RIBA Downland prize, and the Kent Design Awards; and was a finalist in the 2009 Grand Designs Awards.
